1st Session, Mr. Kamal Elkhaili
This session will mainly focus on understanding the Japanese culture and customer. No discussion about culture can predict individual behavior. Learning about the Japanese culture can help facilitate business interactions, recognize the "differences", and work toward "understanding". This session on culture will give you only enough information to feel confident in starting your journey with Japanese customers.
2nd Session, Dr. Youssef Iguider
The objective of the Strategic Business Development session is to provide a comprehensive tool that would help developing strategies for winning sales opportunities. This session will also introduce a metric approach for assessing prospect’s acceptance and identifying next step’s focus while pursuing and developing a sales opportunity though various maturity stages toward closure. This session would help focusing time and energy on those opportunities most likely to become profitable.
